No is a complete sentence

You have no idea; I mean none about how many times I have been told this. Now I know it may also sound strange, but go back… way back when you were a kid. No must have been the most used word we’ve all heard. Why is it then as we become adults, it’s the one word that is the hardest to say. We say ‘Yes’ to everything. “Yes; I can cook dinner.’ Yes I will pick up the kids,’ ‘Yes, I can get that report done before I leave... on and on and on. When did we stop thinking that the power of no, took away our power. I believe it is the most powerful word you can use. It’s like taking control over your own life without having to explain anything to anyone. It’s the English version of talk to the hand for me and I LOVE this word. I am trying to perfect the art of saying NO, along with letting the guilt go for saying and meaning it, and you know what. I feel good… say it with me… No! It is a complete sentence
